CANDLE CARE
01. the first burn
Allow the wax to melt completely across the top layer to the edges of the vessel during your first burn. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even, clean burn for the entire lifespan of your candle.
02. trim the wick
Always trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch before every single light. This controls the flame, prevents black smoke, and keeps the wax pool pristine.
03. burning time
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Let the vessel cool completely before relighting or moving it.
MINERAL TRAY CARE
01. water & moisture
Our mineral gypsum trays are sealed to protect against light moisture. However, they are not waterproof. Avoid continuous contact with water or placing them in highly humid areas.
02. cleaning
To clean, gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use harsh abrasive chemicals or submerge the tray in water.
03. natural texture
Each piece is uniquely handcrafted. Small air bubbles and subtle color variations are natural characteristics of mineral stone—they are not defects, but the authentic fingerprint of your object.
