Returns & Exchanges

All L’AUTRE pieces are handmade in small batches and made with care for each order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, size preference, or other personal preferences.

Because our pieces are handmade, small variations in texture, color, tiny bubbles, or surface appearance may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade mineral pieces and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handmade, finished, and carefully packaged before shipment.
